I saw an interview with Kim Edwards the other day (the author or The Memory Keeper's Daughter) and she was saying how excited she was for the movie based on her book to come out on Lifetime. I like it when that happens, because you know the author for the most part isn't going to let them completely hack up the book. I figured since the movie was going to be airing this Sunday night at 9pm, we can start discussing the book and then whoever watched can talk about how the transition into film went.

| I plan to watch it tomorrow at 6 when it's rerun. Haven't read the book yet though.

| Ok so what did everyone think of it? I would prefer the book any day to the movie but overall it wasn't bad.

| I thought it was one of the best TV movies I have seen based on a book. I haven't seen a ton but the actors in "Memory Keeper's Daughter" are amazing to begin with so I knew the movie could do know wrong.
