I watch this every so often with my wife. It is nice how it shows you simple ways to make your house or property more apealling for buyers.
There are a couple small things you can do for $10 that can make a good impact on the buyers eyes.

| I have seen this as well, great show. But sometimes I wonder how they do some of the things so cheaply....I can't seem to figure out where they get everything so cheap. ($5 for this, $10 for this, this was free)

| Well even though things might be more expensive where you are...I don't think you can get things that cheap hardly anywhere...they must have a lot of connections with people...

| its a good show for future tips in selling your house. I do agree with the pricing, I have no idea how they get material for that cheap...but the outcome is usually really good.

Yes it is usually good....
But I don't think i would fair very well...i would end up spending like 10 times what they do, to do what they do, and then end up losing lots of money...
