I love watching the TV shows here. Very educational, and entertaining, it's what you might call Infotainment, I guess.

Isn't this the channel that Sesame Street comes on? I used to watch it when I was little.

my son watches many of the shows on this channel.
when i was growing up it was all we watched for Sesame Street, Mr. Rogers, etc.
BUT NOW with the Disney channel and Nickelodeon my son watches the other channels WAY more.

Even though I have cable, I still tune in to the Public Broadcasting channels and I am an active supporter and I participate in their fund raising auctions.

When I was in school we would watch the show called "The Electric Company" (I believe Rita Mareno was in it). Our reading teacher would bring a TV into the class and this was part of our learning. Bless her heart(teacher), she made reading fun!

I LOVE when they do their fundraisers and have 4 hours of Motown or Frank Sinatra concerts. Those are amazing!

Yes, the Public Broadcasting Service is simply great. I watch it a lot simply because it's interesting and incredibly education which is a big plus. It's simply informative.
