Anyone seen this new ITV show?
I missed the first episode and sem to have missed some important storyline, can anyone fill me in?

| I did watch some of this but missed it on odd weeks, I know the week just gone was the last 1 from what I understand, did look a good series from what I saw, was gutted I missed so much.

Oh, I see.... I thought the movie was the summary of the tv series...

| Yeah, I'd like to see it on for longer in the second series. I haven't heard anything about it in ages so they must still be filming.

| I much prefer the US length of TV seasons. British shows always finish too soon, but Primeval seemed even shorter than most!

I loved watching primeval that is one of the best TV shows i have seen for a long time, does anyone know when the next series will be shown?

| I've only seen this show once, and I really didn't get into it. Looking forward to seeing the new series, so I can see what it's like. It's back on this week I think. I have been watching the advertisements for it.

| I started watching this, throughout the middle. I found it okay, I think I need to get more involved in it to see what happens, as I am not familiar with the characters at the moment.

| I've watched the first series and this one now. I think they could have done the story different with Jenny ( who was Claudia in the first series ). Seems good so far this one too.

I liked season one of this series very much - till they killed my favourite character Capt. Ryan so I got less interested in series two and than they changed Claudia into Jenny and killed another main character at the end of it so that was the final straw for me to no longer watch it. I did try to rattle the producers/writer to get Ryan back for series three but they didn't bother... alto they said they needed some kind of soldier in the team and went to hire an different actor to play a sort of clone of Capt. Ryan. So I wonder how much they did put into working out the back ground of thier characters as they keep changing them to make the character less boring and reinvent sort of more interesting 'clones' of them... I guess they are were too much focussed on the monster of the week?
Anyway - I hope for them series tree will work but for me I won't be watching anymore.
So instead of watching it I started a yahoo group for Mark Wakeling who played Capt. Ryan if you are interested you can follow this link..;
