There was recently an anti -smoking commercial talking about the Magical amount, They talked about how the Big Tobacco companies were evil because they said that Too much tobacco would kill you, they put in just the right amount. But isn't that the case with almost all drugs, Like Aspirin?

Yeah, but aspirin doesn't put the magical amount to get you addicted. That's what that commercial was talking about...Not enought to kill, but just enough to get you hooked.

Well, no, with prescription drugs, it isn't meant to get you addicted. They are meant to be taken like the DR says to take them and not abused. With recreational drugs, well, those are illegal and aren't supposed to be used bc of the addiction and what they do to people. So I don't really get your point.

Yeah, I honestly believe that Rx companies make pain meds just for that, pain. yes, I will admit that they make too much money off of their meds, but I don't think that they want people to become addicted to them.

As for beer and smoking, I don't really see a difference. They are both only out to make people addicted so that they can make more money. What other purpose is there for those two products? They definitely don't help health at all. Yes, they may take away some pain, but they harm the body in the process.

What about the 5 million deaths a year commercial, they opposed an augment ("Must a been a typo"), which no one ever made.
