I'm a big fan of Jason Lee and think this show is hilarious.
Show info from NBC: Earl (Jason Lee, “Almost Famous,” “Chasing Amy”) has taken one too many wrong turns on the highway of life. However, a twist of fate turns his life into a tailspin of life-renewing events. Earl won a small lottery, and, after an epiphany, he is determined to transform his good fortune into a life-changing event as he sets out to right all the wrongs from his past. In its first season, “My Name Is Earl” has been nominated for 2 Golden Globes, 2 Screen Actors Guild Awards, 1 Directors Guild of America Award, 3 Writers Guild of America Awards, and won the coveted People’s Choice Favorite New Television Comedy Award.
Joining Earl along his quest to cleanse his karma are a few dim-witted friends: hapless brother Randy (Ethan Suplee, “Cold Mountain”) and the very sexy Catalina (Nadine Velazquez, “The Bold and the Beautiful”). Even Darnell (Eddie Steeples, “Torque”), the owner of the Crab Shack where Earl drinks beer, offers his support. But it's Earl’s ex-wife Joy (Jaime Pressly, “Not Another Teen Movie”) who won't lift a finger to help unless there's something in it for her.
Despite his seemingly limited intelligence, Earl is oddly effective -- and the top-rated freshman comedy series, like Earl himself, has a voice and style all its own. Created and written by Greg Garcia (“Yes, Dear), “My Name Is Earl” is executive produced by Garcia and Marc Buckland (“Medical Investigation,” “Ed”). The series is produced by Amigos de Garcia and Twentieth Century Fox Television.

Many people forget he was in Almost Famous (which has the best Tiny Dancer sing along scene in movie history). He was great in that movie.
I try to watch this show as much as I can for one of my favorite actresses in Jaime Pressly, who I have LOVED since Not Another Teen Movie (this is not a Cheerocracy. I am the Cheerator, lol).
Great show.

Earle is my favorite show right now, a "must see" for me! Jamie Pressly is the sexiest woman on the planet, even as a redneck!

I love this show, can't wait for the new season.

I got the special edition DVD box set for Christmas, it's fantastic!

Plus, this show convinced me to grow a moustache. :_T)

Earl started back tonight and we got a bonus of two episodes.
It's good to see the second series is living up to the first and Randy just gets better and better.
We had the episodes of earl doing the number 1 spot on his list, giving back the money he won to the man he stole the ticket money off originally. Earl and randy went through some tuff times until Karma came through for them in the end.

I love how Early always thinks it is KARMA that makes everything right on this show.

He was ALSO in Road Trip (and the new guy). You are correct Matt. He was the nerdy guy whos car they used to drive to Austin to get the tape. He also slept with the big girl in that movie which was super funny.

You can see him in the picture in the back with his arm stretched out!

It was Earl night tonight and another enjoyable and funny episode. Rosanne Barr was a guest and played this horrible person (that only she could) that Earl played a trick on making her think God had spoken to her. Crabman had to let Randy take care of his turtle friend as Rosanne had evicted it from the trailer park. It all ended in the usual good but slighlty twisted Earl way.
