Reality tv... this is my summer show, as Greys Anatomy is on hiatus at that time.
12-14 people living in a house, with no contact from the outside world, no television, minimal music, and LOTS of scheming. They have to compete for food and luxury items (similar to Survivor, but not as extreme) Each week there is a head of household comp, where the winner chooses two people to be up for eviction. There is a veto comp where the winner can choose to remove someone (or themselves) from the hot seat. HoH (Head of Household) then chooses a replacement, and the houseguests vote to evict someone.
Who watches it?

| I don't watch this. I heard that there are going to be some dramatics at the end of the series this year.

| I don't normally watch this unless there is nothing on which is usually the middle of the night but if the last few years are anything to go by I think it's just going to be another mess up.

| It seemed to start as a reasonable social experiment, and the intellects of the housemates probably reflected this but as its gone on it's simply become a modern incarnation of the stocks or freak show.

lol I agree why not at the beginning and just scrap series 8 altogether.
It has now been confirmed that the UK BB8 is to start on the 31st May, another summer of nutters in a house making fools of themselves and arguing.

Basically Big Brother is a house which is created for a specific amount of housemates can be as many as 15 sometimes more and they have to do tasks each week to earn a budget for food shopping each week, if they fail the tasks they get a measley budget and have to suffer on ration's they have no contact with the outside world what so ever neither do they have access to television or music without the say so of big brother him/herself each week all housemates have to go into a room called a diary room and nominate 2 people they want to see out of the house, the 2 people that got the most votes then go to a public vote in which whoever gets the most votes from the public vote then is evicted from the big brother house.
Basically in less words than above it's a reality TV show where up to 15 people from all over the UK, US etc go into a house to compete to become a winner, and you can watch how they live on Live TV, and some of the arguements are mad, well atleast they can be on the UK show not too sure about the other Big brothers around the world
