Episode: The Man Behind the Curtain. Ben begrudgingly introduces Locke to the island's secrets, including mysterious Jacob; Juliet's secret goes public.

Should be a good show.

I wonder how Sayid and them will react to the tape recording. Jack, of course, probably is going to protect her, but I don't think he can this time.

Tell you the truth, last nights was a bit of a downer. Sort of boring actually. Watching the previews I thought it was going to be one of the best episodes of the season but seemed just boring to me.

I dunno it just seems things are moving too slow but hopefully with only 3 shortened seasons left, the writers can improve on this.

I also really starting to get a huge dislike on for Jack now. I wonder if he will ever realize his 1/2 sister is on the Island and he is an uncle?  Actually if Jack were to be killed off, I would not lose any sleep.

You have to admit the chemistry between Michael Emerson and Terry O'Quinn was absolutely amazing. Those two are amde for each other! Now we are left to wonder if the island will heal Locke like it did at the beginning, when he magically regained his legs back?

OK I am in the middle of all of this. I agree that the show was boring. And all of the stuff with Ben and Locke was just silly. I am completely TIRED with all of the monsters and maybe powerful beings that shake houses and say "help me". They HAVE to explain some of this soon. And I think they have purposesly gone away from Jack somewhat because the reviews and backlash from the entire season of "the others" and Jack at the other camp was even worse then what we are watching now.
I do think that Locke will live. We don't even know if he was killed or not. He is to big of a character to kill off just yet.

Thought this might interest LOST fans here.

This is The Man Behind the Curtain (a.k.a. Jacob, the invisible man).

Looks a lot like Alvar Hanso if you ask me. Or perhaps Locke's evil twin.

This and Jericho are my favorite shows. I was glad to see the show announced through 2010. Can't wait to get the whole picture and see where the characters end up.

I really liked Lost, but lately it's just been getting dull imo. And apparently it's ending in 2010...I don't know if i can wait that long for answers.
So far everything they've answered just makes us ask more questions.

The long mid season break is what hurt this show. Some record low ratings this season and hopefully by having a straight run of 16 ratings go up, if not bye bye I guess.

It is starting to get too weird and strange for my likes.

Funny how no one looks like they have been on the Island for months though. You would think they would be more scruffy looking. ha

You shold of watched the LOST special they aired on Thursday... Executive directors/producers Damen Lindelof and Carlton Cuse were interviewed in a sort of a prose-type interview and answered all of the deinitive questions that LOST has possibly solved and gave explicity clues to what may happen in the next seasons.

I doubt that was the cause for the ratings dip. People (the fans) complained that there were WAY too many episode repeats and breaks inbetween the regular season, so ABC decided to split the season in two: six episodes in the fall and the rest to air continuously without any interruptions in the late winter/spring.

I think the reason for ther atings decline was the time change to 10pm. Many people would rather retire from watching TV for the night - I know I am one of those people. But I try to watch it anyway. Plus, you have to keep in mind that the Nielsen ratings don't reflect/contain the number of people who have decided to watch LOST on ABC.com, which I bet is a lot.

And as for everyone looking mostly nice, it's because they had all the stuff they needed to keep clean from the hatch. There was all sorts of things in the hatch which they brought out to the beach. That explains the food, shaving cream, toothbrushes, etc., but I'm not entirely so sure about the clothes.

Me neither. 6 pm cannot come fast enough. I sure hope they show the fate of Locke, I am sure they will.

I get the American and Canadian Time shift package where I get east and west feeds of all major US networks and I get Canadian stations from each of our 6 timezones. So since CTV shows lost in Canada I can actually watch Lost at 5 tonight pacific time as Halifax is 4 hours ahead.

You should see if you can get it, all the digital cable and satellite have it up here. Its great.

I just started watching Lost a couple of weeks ago after accidentally finding it on television. I think this is going to be great for my re-run line up. I have enjoyed reading many posts in this thread but skipping some so that I don't ruin the surprise. I am not yet a fan, but it is highly likely that I will be, but I have a lot of catching up to do!!

You did not miss much. Very anti climatic. Personally I never thought much of tonights so called finale. It should of been the series finale not the season finale instead.

But because I did not like it does not mean you won't.:)
